G & S Hospitality Group is the parent of four hospitality brands rooted in Miami and serving South Florida and beyond. Each brand answers to its own audience — couples, corporate clients, planners, students — but all four answer to the same standard.
We design for the moment, not the margin. We treat hospitality as a discipline, not a costume. And we believe the best events are the ones where no one has to think about logistics, because someone else already has.
The group exists to give each brand the operational backbone of a larger company — shared standards, shared training, shared accountability — while keeping the creative independence that makes each one distinct.
Each brand under G & S has its own audience, its own visual language, and its own rituals. What they share is a discipline of hospitality — and a refusal to confuse polish with pretense.

The working kitchen behind the group, opened up. Production space, equipment, and social-media reach for small culinary businesses ready to scale beyond the home kitchen — alongside daily catering operations for our own brands.
Visit Kitchen 2180 →A sample of work from the four houses — from intimate plates to focal grazing tables, from corporate service to the working kitchen. None of it is staged for the camera. All of it is exactly what was on the floor that day.
We don't sell catering, planning, or curriculum. We sell the moment a guest, a couple, or a student feels something land. Everything else is craft in service of that.
We rehearse it, we measure it, and we hold ourselves to it whether the room has eight hundred guests or eight. The standard does not negotiate with the size of the event.
When craft and cost-savings disagree, craft wins. The economics of every event are real, but they're solved by better systems — never by a worse guest experience.
Each brand keeps its own audience, language, and aesthetic. What they share is a backbone of training, accountability, and standards — the unglamorous infrastructure that makes the visible work look effortless.
